Résumés
Fornell enquête sur l'équipe entière au quartier général du NCIS, quand quelqu'un a été retrouvé mort.
Lorsque le corps du trafiquant d'armes la grenouille remonte à la surface, Gibbs et son équipe font l'objet d'une enquête par le FBI et Jenny Shepard devient le suspect N°1. Un nouveau personnage récurrent, l'agent spécial du FBI Wentworth, va être chargé de surveiller l'équipe pendant l'enquête.
